Sinalco Fresco is a soft drink variation of lemon and elderflower taste and aroma. The elderflower is a flower from woodland trees found all over Europe.
The extracts of elderflower was used as a treatment for diabetes, this is because it encourages insulin activity.
Traditionally it was used for the preparation of an excellent tea for the prevention or treatment of colds, flu and hay fever.
